I am filled with great anticipation as we begin this new decade. While reflecting on the past 10 years, I am intrigued by my journey which began with two little boys craving all of my attention (young moms, I know you get it!). My career path was just as active. In 2010 I was working in communications at Meals on Wheels doing very little creative work... Seeking something new, I took a life-changing detour which led me to teaching art. This reignited my desire to create again and gave me the courage to live out my passion and purpose as an artist.
So as the decade comes to a close, I am grateful for the journey and the growth. I still have those two boys in the house, the only difference is they are much bigger and no longer crave my attention 🤣! I love the possibilities that come with time and hard work. Thank you to all of you who have been on this journey with me and for those of you who are just joining me. It is pure joy to share my art with you. I can’t wait to see how my daily practice grows in the days to come. Cheers to 2020 💫
