Service Description
Develop a deeper healing/balance in your life, by being imaginative and playful while creating. Pause, ground yourself, and set intentions for the day with this guided meditative watercolor class. In this workshop, artist and teacher Katie White will gently guide you through breath-based painting practices that connect body, mind, and creativity. You’ll learn how to use simple watercolor techniques as a form of active meditation, a way to calm your nervous system, release perfectionism, and flow with color and movement. No experience is needed... just curiosity and a willingness to slow down. Come as you are, and leave with a renewed sense of calm and inspiration. All supplies are provided. All workshops are non-refundable.
