Katie White shares a passion for staying grounded with art. She will share her own story and how painting helps lead her to a grounding place each day. Learn how to add another tool to your toolbox by incorporating art as a resource to calm anxiety. Discover techniques to create a sense of calm on paper and in the mind. Each participant will explore how creativity plays a key role in bringing peace and tranquility to their own life. This workshop includes hands on painting and no prior art knowledge is necessary to participate.
